**1st Time Guests: PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME & BRING VALID ID. IF YOU ARE IN THE LOBBY BEFORE 11:45am, WAIT UNTIL THEN BEFORE CHECKING IN AT THE SECURITY DESK. DUE TO NEW BUILDING SECURITY MEASURES NO SAME-DAY WALK-INS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER 12:10PM**. For the fastest possible entry, please RSVP ‘Yes’ to your meetings with us. If you don’t display your full legal name in your profile, you can send our leadership team a private message with it.

Entrances are located at the corners of (a) 5th St & Grand Ave and (b) 5th St and Olive St. The building is right next to the Pershing Square Red Line stop.

Downtown isn’t easy to park if you don’t live or work here, so we recommend taking public transit. If you have access to one of the Metro Light Rail trains: http://media.metro.net/riding_metro/maps/images/rail_map.pdf, Pershing Square Station is just one block away from us. If you need bus ride advice, let us know. Or park inexpensively at the L.A. Library nearby. For further parking options, take a look at this website below.

There’s a menu option at the top that will give you price estimates for every lot in the area. Just plug in the date and time.

Bring ID to show to Security staff. When your arrive, tell them you are with Toastmasters on the 2nd floor Conference Room. If you are already a full member, your name is in their system. For guests, we will circle around the Lobby from 11:45am to 12:10pm to escort you in.

Feel free to bring your lunch or purchase something from the cafeteria before hand. To ensure the meeting’s success, please abstain from anything anything noisy like potato chips, granola bars, or soup (if you slurp).

Conference rooms 2A-2C are on the 2nd floor next to the cafeteria. Our meetings will be held in one of them. The Toastmasters banner will appear just outside the door. Please come in!
